We are Rescue
Established in 2013 by Last Chance Animal Rescue, St Francis Farm Animal Sanctuary is situated on 50 acres in Carlisle, SC. Currently, the farm is home to approximately 100 dogs and 50 cats. The sanctuary was created as a safe haven for animals that cannot thrive in a traditional home. We believe that every animal has the right to life, so the sanctuary was born!
The sanctuary specializes in dogs and cats with behavioral challenges or medical conditions that make the unsuitable or hard to place in a traditional home. This includes unsocialized animals, seniors, and animals with a wide range of medical conditions that require special care.
Our goal is to save and provide care for as many animals as possible. To continue our efforts to the care for the ever expanding population of animal in need, we are seeking individuals and organizations who believe in our mission to help underwrite the associated costs.
